Suncoast has built trucks for quite a long time, in the early '90's Suncoast designed and built the "High Tech Red Neck" which was featured in many magazines. The "High Tech Red Neck" was a 15/16th scale full size 1992 Chevy truck built for Quick 8 racing. It was the first truck, to our knowledge, that did not have roll cage support tubes protruding through the rear window into the bed (due to its special Suncoast chassis design you will see this original Suncoast design now being used by other builders throughout the country on their trucks).
